1. Introduction

Welcome to Commerce Corner Private Limited. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

2. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Services

When purchasing a DSC through our platform:

• You must provide accurate and valid documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.) as required by the Certifying Authority.
• The issuance of DSC is subject to the approval of the Certifying Authority after successful verification.
• We act as an intermediary to facilitate the DSC application process.

3. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

3.1 Payments

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Payment Failure

If a payment fails or is cancelled during the transaction process, no amount will be deducted. If an amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days by the payment gateway.

3.3 Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the nature of Digital Signature Certificates, once the application is processed and submitted to the Certifying Authority, no cancellation or refund is possible.

Refunds will only be initiated in the following scenarios:

• If you cancel the order before we process your application and submit it to the Certifying Authority.
• If the Certifying Authority rejects your application due to technical reasons from our end.

To request a cancellation before processing, please contact us immediately at support@commercecorner.in.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your DSC token and password. Commerce Corner is not liable for any misuse of your Digital Signature once it has been delivered to you.
